JOB PURPOSE The Compensation Analyst provides analytical and operational support for the company’s compensation programs. Administers the company’s incentive and bonus programs, including payout calculation and participant communications, responds to compensation questions from managers and employees, and monitors minimum-wage compliance. Also supports salary survey administration and lower-complexity job reviews, and prepares pay recommendations for review. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administers the company’s incentive and bonus programs: calculates monthly, quarterly, and annual payouts; prepares and delivers participant communications; tracks and reconciles awards; and coordinates with Finance and payroll on accruals and payment. Monitors minimum-wage compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions; flags affected roles and recommends action ahead of effective dates. Administers salary survey participation end to end: submits company data accurately and on schedule, and maintains the survey and market-data library. Conducts market reviews and job matches for routine and lower-complexity roles and prepares recommendations for the Compensation Analytics Lead, who leads complex and senior-level evaluations. Maintains compensation data in the HRIS and supporting databases, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Identifies opportunities to improve and automate compensation processes, including AI-assisted approaches, and proposes solutions. Supports the annual pay increase cycle, including data preparation, modeling, and manager communications. Supports special projects, including acquisitions and affiliations.

Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain compensation data to non-technical audiences. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, with a high bar for accuracy.
