FieldBridge is looking for a Collections Specialist in Houston, TX to work for a global water technology company.
Pay/Schedule: $28.00/hour. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Weekly pay + Benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced AR Resolution Specialists/Collections Specialists to support a high-volume accounts receivable operation at the Houston, TX office. This division operates a large-scale industrial pump rental business serving construction, municipal, and industrial customers across North America, generating a constant flow of rental invoices that require active management, dispute resolution, and cross-functional coordination to collect. In this role, you will work directly with customers, sales, operations, and collections teams to investigate past-due invoices, correct billing discrepancies, and drive issues to resolution. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for a self-motivated AR professional who thrives in a high-volume environment. 2 positions available.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate past-due invoices and identify root causes preventing payment including billing discrepancies, documentation gaps, and order management errors
- Work directly with customers and internal teams including sales, operations, and collections to coordinate and drive issue resolution
- Correct billing discrepancies and ensure accurate invoice documentation across multiple active rental agreements
- Manage high-volume AR activity using Emagia, Salesforce CRM, Rental Result ERP, and Microsoft Excel
- Partner with internal collectors to ensure timely payment and maintain accurate accounts receivable records across a multi-regional customer base
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Customer Service, or Order Management
- ERP experience required; Rental Result experience strongly preferred
- Salesforce CRM and Emagia AR software experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and results-driven with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
