The Opportunity   

We are looking for a Client Billing Specialist to join our Global Entity Services Team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.

As part of our Global Entity Services Team, you will be performing the below key duties:  

Key Duties:  

The Client Billing Specialist is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:  

• Ensuring data is maintained accurately, and in accordance with service agreements and protocols, through analysis using various tools to look for exceptions and issues; 

• Managing the billing and revenue data for the various client portfolios, and liaising with clients on the same 

Requirements  

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:  

• The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential. 

• This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with well-developed critical thinking skills and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; 

• The ideal candidate will have an innate desire to consistently strive for excellence, take pride in carrying out their responsibilities efficiently and with impeccable execution, and proactively looks for opportunities to recommend improvements to systems and processes; 

• The individual must also be a self-starter who works well within a team, is energized by a continuous learning environment and possesses an ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines; 

• This role is suited for an individual with a College Diploma or equivalent, preferably with a business or legal concentration, and 1-2 years’ of experience in a professional services environment; 

• Strong written and verbal skills are ; 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is preferred; 

• The aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential; 

• Fluency in English is .
