Client Accounting Services Internship

We are actively looking for a part-time Client Accounting Services (CAS) Intern to join our Family Office Services team based in the NYC office.  The internship will run through June 2027. 

The ideal candidate must be able to work in-person 3 days per week for up to 29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the 9:00am to 5:00pm business hours.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the CAS/FOS teams including but not limited to downloading and filing statements. 
• Assist with setting up financial packages for clients: preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 
• Assist with setting up tasks in Asana (project management software).
• Help maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and reference. 
• Basic QuickBooks Online work: Chart of Accounts setup, GL coding, bank/credit card reconciliations. 
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, assisting with inquiries and requests when needed.

Qualifications:
• Must be able to work in-person 3 days per week for up to 29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during the 9:00am to 5:00pm business hours around your school schedule.

• Currently pursuing an Accounting degree
• Must have good communication, computer skills and be a team player that is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
