Chief Financial Officer

• Lead the organization’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management
• Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support strategic initiatives, integrations, investments, and organizational growth
• Manage relationships with external financial, banking, audit, tax, and advisory partners
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear and timely reporting to key organizational stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
• Significant progressive financial leadership experience
• Previous experience serving as a CFO or senior finance executive preferred
• Experience supporting a multi-location, multi-entity, or growth-oriented organization
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred
