Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA), founded in 1965, is a nationally recognized Florida nonprofit dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education, child development, and family-support services to children of migrant and seasonal farmworkers and other low-income rural families.

RCMA operates more than 53 child development centers and three charter schools across Florida, employing approximately 1,400 staff members and managing an annual operating budget of approximately $100 million. Its longstanding commitment to hiring from the communities it serves fosters strong relationships among families, educators, caregivers, and staff.

RCMA's operations are supported primarily through federal and state funding, including Migrant and Seasonal Head Start, Head Start/Early Head Start, the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG), Department of Education programs, and USDA initiatives. This diverse portfolio of public funding requires strong financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, grant administration, and effective cost allocation across multiple programs and locations.

Given the complexity of RCMA's funding and operational structure, the organization seeks an experienced executive leader capable of providing strategic oversight of both finance and administration. Candidates with demonstrated experience managing federal and state grants, particularly those supporting early childhood education and nonprofit organizations, are highly desirable.
