CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and help drive the next stage of growth across our expanding manufacturing enterprise.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will serve as a strategic business partner responsible for the financial leadership, planning, analysis, and performance management of a multi-location manufacturing organization. This executive will play a critical role in shaping company strategy, supporting growth initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and building the financial infrastructure necessary to support long-term success.

The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial organization comprised of multiple manufacturing operations serving diverse industrial markets throughout the Pacific Northwest. The CFO will have direct influence on strategic decision-making, capital allocation, financial performance, operational excellence, and future growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable business insights while partnering closely with operational leaders across the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Drive business performance through meaningful reporting, KPI development, and operational analytics.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, cash management, banking relationships, and financial controls.
• Evaluate capital investments, growth opportunities, financing strategies, and major business initiatives.
• Partner with operational leadership to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting organization.
• Support enterprise growth initiatives, systems improvements, acquisitions, and organizational scalability.

Qualifications

• Significant senior financial leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or comparable executive role.
• Strong manufacturing or industrial finance experience required.
• Expertise in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic finance.
• Experience with multi-site operations, multiple business units, or complex organizational structures.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing accounting, including inventory, WIP, job costing, labor utilization, and margin analysis.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven analysis and executive partnership.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Location

This is an in-person executive leadership role supporting operations throughout the Puget Sound region, including Arlington, South Seattle, and Kent. A Seattle-based office is available, with regular travel expected between company locations.
