JOB SUMMARY:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for the strategic oversight, planning, and execution of all financial functions of the Housing Authority and its affiliated entities. This includes a complex portfolio consisting of HousingChoice Voucher Program (HCVP), Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) properties, and related development/redevelopment activities.

The CFO will lead financial strategy to support redevelopment of aging housing assets, including structuring and financing transactions utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), tax-exempt bonds, and public-private partnerships. The position ensures full compliance with HUD regulations, GAAP, and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, while driving long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence.
