Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership. The CFO will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, cost accounting, and process improvements while ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role reports directly to the CEO and manages the Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Oversee monthly and year-end financial close, audits, and bank reconciliations. Manage budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and cost accounting. Maintain fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and financial controls. Develop and improve accounting processes and systems. Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and operational improvements. Supervise and mentor the Accounting team while maintaining vendor and auditor relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required. 7–10 years of manufacturing accounting experience. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Advanced computer proficiency and experience managing financial systems.
