Position: Certified Public Accountant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant for a short-term project focused on accounting for condominiums, timeshares, and mobile homes. The role is remote, allowing for 100 hours of flexible work to be completed over the contract duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting tasks related to Common Interest Realty Associations.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written reports.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for documentation and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project goals.

Required Skills:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Strong writing skills with proper grammar and spelling
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook (2+ years experience)
• Experience in Common Interest Realty Associations accounting (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
