Job Title: Campus Payroll Clerk, High School
Wage/Hour Status: Non Exempt
Reports to: Campus Principal
Pay Grade: 4
Dept./School: High School
Days: 227
Supervises: N/A
Primary Purpose: To maintain operations necessary for the preparation of all payrolls including biweekly, monthly, and special payroll periods.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma or GED.
Special Knowledge Skills:
Experience:
- Previous Office Experience Preferred.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in preparing all payrolls including biweekly, monthly, and special payroll periods.
- Receive and audit time sheets and Kronos reports for all campus employees.
- Post all payroll changes including payroll deductions, salary changes, terminations, assignment changes, and new recommendations.
- Maintain physical and computerized files including payroll records, assignment changes, recommendations, and absent-from-duty reports.
- Communicate with the personnel department, payroll department, and with employees to ensure accuracy of information reported and to resolve payroll problems and inquiries.
- Relieve other office staff as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Copier, calculator, personal computer, typewriter, printer, fax machine, and shredder.
