Accounts Payable/Billing Specialist
Job Details
Location: Trinity Elms Assisted Living, Clemmons, NC
Position Type: Full-time, hourly
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay of $24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Insurance and paid time off benefits beginning after 30 days of employment
- A free health insurance premium option
- A pay-in-lieu-of-benefits option that provides an additional $2.00 per hour
Position Overview
The Accounts Payable/Billing Specialist prepares accounts payable transactions accurately and within established guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- College degree preferred
Preferred Experience
- Previous office experience
- Knowledge of payroll functions and human resources processes
- Accounts payable experience
Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
- Strong data-entry and general math skills
- Excellent attention to detail
