The ETSU Office of Procurement invites applications for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist.

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the University’s procure-to-pay process through invoice processing, vendor management, account reconciliations, and month-end activities. Reporting to the Director of Accounts Payable, the position ensures accurate and timely transactions, resolves vendor and departmental inquiries, applies university policies and procedures, and maintains effective financial controls. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
