• Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and status changes
• Verify timesheets, hours worked, and attendance data prior to payroll processing
• Calculate and process overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and finance teams
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate benefits deductions and onboarding data

• 2+ years of payroll processing or payroll coordination experience
• Proficiency with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms preferred)
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and wage compliance regulations
• Experience in healthcare or home health industry is a plus
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
