Business Analyst (Finance/Accounting position)

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20.00hr - $22.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• At least 3+ years of experience in accounting.
• Associate degree in accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight for the agency in the administration of the agency budget.
• Coordinating with the financial office and Federal program officers on the organization's multiple recurring and competitive grants and state budget.
• Performs budget administration for all grants to ensure policies and requirements are followed.
• Assists the executive director in the preparation of reports as needed.
• Prepares documents for contract approvals and submits procurement requests in Salesforce.
• Monitors correspondence and conformity with procurement policies and procedures.
• Performs invoice coding, contract invoicing/reporting, and budget forecasting.
• Assists with annual contract renewals.
