Accounting and Billing Specialist

Position Summary

The Accounting and Billing Specialist is responsible for managing billing processes, accounts payable, and school bus contract billing. This role ensures accurate and timely financial transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies. The individual also serves as a backup for payroll processing and supports other accounting functions as needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
