Here’s why you’ll want to work here: Paid training and real career growth Competitive compensation package Great scheduled (Monday – Friday) Great people with a great culture Paid Time Off and 401k with Company match Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-term disability, AD&D and Life Insurance Year-end bonus program for all employees (Garff Giveback) Employee discounts on Vehicle Purchase, Parts, Service and More! ​ Here’s what you’ll be doing: Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary Audit freight bills against freight manifests Answer all vendor inquiries Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted Prepare accounts payable checks Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files Prepare analysis of accounts, as required Assist in monthly closings Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary Other duties as assigned Here’s what you’ll need: 1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver Advanced computer skills High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You ))
