Associate Finance Controller-2

Key Skills

• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Review and record journal entries, accruals, provisions
• Validate financial statements and key balance sheet movements
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards
• Manage Non-SAP / legacy entity postings
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
• Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation and GL management
• Familiarity with SAP/CargoWise, or similar tools, TrueBalance
• Understanding of Internal Controls, and audit requirements
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in shared services / global finance operations
• Experience in transition, migration, or transformation projects within finance operations is highly desirable

Shift Timing

North America region (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST) additional hours may be required during critical close periods.

Experience

8–12 years of experience in Record-to-Report / ATR roles

Education

MBA Finance, CA/CMA Inter
