What you’ll be doing...

As an Associate Director within our Global Procurement Organisation, you will play a key leadership role in delivering a high-quality procurement experience for our internal stakeholders whilst helping to shape the continued transformation of our procurement operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and leading your leadership team, setting clear expectations, building capability, coaching supervisors, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Owning operational performance, establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, volumes, backlogs, and quality measures, and taking proactive action where performance is not meeting expectations.

• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex procurement issues, working across Procurement, Sourcing, Finance, Accounts Payable, business stakeholders, and other partner organisations to drive issues through to resolution.

• Driving automation and digital transformation initiatives across the Helpdesk and broader Procurement organisation, identifying opportunities to eliminate manual activity, simplify processes, and improve the employee experience through automation, AI, and other emerging technologies.

• Partnering with the Senior Director on thought leadership and strategic priorities, bringing forward ideas, insights, and recommendations that help shape the future direction of the Global Procurement organisation.

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted procurement partner and ensuring stakeholder feedback is incorporated into operational and transformation priorities.

• Maintaining strong governance and operational controls, ensuring procurement activities are performed in accordance with company policies, controls, and compliance requirements.

You’ll need to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

• Experience in building and leading successful teams.

• ERP experience, ideally within an SAP environment.

• To be considered for this role, applicants must already hold a valid right to work in Ireland. We are currently unable to support employment permit sponsorship.

Even better if you have:

• A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management.

• Previous experience leading teams in Tech/Telecommunications.

• Experience leading with energy, positivity, and resilience.

• Experience within a highly visible role.

• Experience creating and building a positive culture.
