Own the enterprise Procurement operating model, including intake, triage, workflow design, sourcing support, contracting coordination, purchasing, supplier onboarding, and performance reporting.
Define clear roles, decision rights, service levels, escalation paths, and cross-functional handoffs to create a consistent and efficient stakeholder experience.
Own the Procurement technology roadmap and administration of source-to-pay, intake and orchestration, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, analytics, and knowledge-management solutions.
Lead process redesign, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives that reduce manual work, improve cycle time and data quality, strengthen controls, and allow Procurement teams to focus on higher-value activities.
Establish enterprise standards for procurement data, taxonomy, savings and value measurement, pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, and executive performance reviews.
Own Procurement reporting, analytics, and insights, translating spend, sourcing pipeline, savings, supplier, cycle-time, and service-performance data into actionable recommendations for Procurement and business leaders.
Maintain Procurement policies, procedures, templates, playbooks, training, and communications while overseeing capacity, service performance, adoption, and organizational change management.
Partner with Finance, Legal, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and Procurement category teams to integrate requirements, resolve process gaps, and provide reliable operational support while preserving clear accountability for category strategy and commercial decisions.
