Assistant Controller / Office Manager - multi site 

Automotive Dealership

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Office Manager to join our dealership team. This role supports the financial operations of the dealership while helping oversee day to day accounting and office functions for two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month end close and financial statement preparation
• Manage accounting office operations and support accounting staff
• Review and reconcile schedules, accounts, and general ledger activity
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and accounting controls
• Assist with payroll, audits, and reporting as needed
• Support Controller and dealership leadership with financial analysis and operational reporting
• Help maintain accurate records, processes, and office efficiency

Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
• Experience as Assistant Controller, Office Manager, Accounting Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting practices and financial reporting
• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
