SUMMARY:

The AR Collections Analyst must possess the knowledge, skills and ability to manage a challenging domestic and international portfolio, including high dollar chain accounts.  Responsibilities include timely resolution of discrepancies, claim filing in customer portals and collection of past due items.  The AR Collections Analyst must be able to build partnerships with internal/external customers to resolve issues and reduce aged balances.  This role requires a proactive approach to quickly identify issues and drive root cause resolution.  The AR Collections Analyst must create and utilize reporting to maximize efforts.
