The primary purpose of the Payroll Administrator is to administer and support the organization’s payroll finance/GL functions across ADUSA and the Brands to ensure payroll general ledger entries and accounts, including reconciliations, are accurately reflected in the financial statements of the organization.  Account Reconciliations will be inclusive of proper documentation set forth by the account reconciliation guidelines and include full research of all variances with appropriate actions to bring the account back into balance.  Also responsible for the reconciliation of weekly payroll files before posting to the general ledger accounts.  Research labor distribution as requested by the Brands.  This position requires a complete knowledge of payroll systems, tax payment requirements, financial systems and business processes. 

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.  Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $19.00 - $28.50 

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
