We take pride in fostering a friendly, welcoming, and vibrant work environment. We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will perform a variety of financial and reporting duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized with an eye for detail, possesses excellent communication skills, possesses proficient Excel skills, and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable, billing and invoicing and posting entries into Accounting software accurately using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Reconciling MoHealthnet (Medicaid) claims while tracking outstanding balances
- Maintain Social Security benefit and MoHealthnet (Medicaid) eligibility for individuals served and maintain compliance
- Generate and create financial reports using Excel and other softwares
Minimum Qualifications
- Have a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Be proficient in computer use including word processing, Excel spreadsheets, data entry, and e-mail.
- Have at least one year of related experience.
