About The Role
In this role you are responsible for managing and improving payables, receivables and directly
supporting the operational and financial health of our business.
This is an in-person, salaried position. This role is expected to work 40-45 hours per week.
Requirements
Responsibilities & DutiesAccounts Payable:
âProcesses invoices, manages vendor payments, and reconciles statements, checks & ACH
payments, Credit Card statements, Set up ACH payments, Expenses, Manual checks, Run
sales reports,
âPayroll
â1099âs (1x a year)
âFocuses on high-volume invoice processing and researching variances
âSolve vendor inquiries and payment scheduling
âManages the entire invoice-to-payment process i.e. Plumbing, Non-plumbing &
Commercial vendor invoices
âAssessing new customersâ credit worthiness & setting limits
Accounts Receivable:
âGenerating, reviewing, and sending accurate invoices to clients
âRecording and depositing incoming payments, including checks and electronic transfers
âContacting clients to follow up on overdue payments and reducing DSO (Days Sales
Outstanding) - Backup
âManaging aging reports, and resolving disputes
âReviewing creditworthiness for existing customers

âAd Hoc as assigned

Experience Required:
âDemonstrated financial expertise with a data-driven and analytical approach to
problem-solving
âProven track record of attention to detail and maintaining clear, timely
communication at all times
âAbility to manage multiple tasks effectively, even in a dynamic environment with
shifting priorities and scopes
âStrong analytical, organizational and time management and communication skills are
essential
âSelf-motivated with an aim to succeed personally and professionally
âComfortable working in a KPI/target-oriented environment and ability to work in a
team
âFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork,
motivation and professional growth
âHigh comfort level making consistent outbound and cold calls

Details:- Hours worked: 40-45
- 90 day trial period until benefits kick in
- Pay Rate: $22-28 Depending on experience
