Monarch Investment and Management Group (at TOP 10 US based national company) is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our home office team in Franktown, CO (a quaint little town located between Parker and Castle Rock).

This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Schedule: M-F daytime office hours 8-4:30pm

Pay: $18-23 an hour

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will assist the staff accountant with the review and posting of various transactions as well as other projects as assigned. The position is responsible for working closely with their team of Staff Accountants in the full monthly accounting cycle.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily review and processing of cash related events pertaining to A/R
• Assist in monthly review of transactions for accuracy
• Assist in monthly review of tenant related transactions, including but not limited to Move Ins, Lease
• Charges, Concessions, Security Deposits, Receipt Books and Drop Box Logs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven record of experience as an accounting clerk (1 to 2 years highly desirable)
• Knowledge of accounting processes and procedures
• Must demonstrate ability to understand A/R
• Demonstrates an attention to detail
• Ability to work 10%+/- overtime when needed
• Willingness to actively participate in a team-oriented work environment
