Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
- Generate invoices and statements.
- Researches and troubleshoots payments, outstanding invoices disputes and short payments.
- Files Accounts Receivable related documentation.
- Manages overflow from other peers and finance, accounting and administration departments.
- Assist with other accounting duties as needed.
- Reviews aging reports, producing and sending collection letters and/or statements as necessary.
- Researches and troubleshoots payments, outstanding invoices disputes and short payments.
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in business
- 0–1 year of previous experience in accounts receivable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Accounting Software.
- Good time-management skills.
