Accounts Receivable & Title/Billing Specialist

Lupient KIA of Milwaukee is looking for a full-time AP/AR & Title/Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and steady hand between our dealership and our customers — keeping accounts accurate, payments on track, and titles moving smoothly. If you're organized, personable, and enjoy problem-solving, we'd love to meet you.

No dealership experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person. Previous dealership experience is a definite plus, but what matters most is your attention to detail and your drive to get things right.

THE DETAILS

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (some flexibility available)
• Office-based role
• $23–$26/hour, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor customer accounts daily, identify aged receivables, and follow up with customers on payment
• Handle title and billing processes accurately and on schedule
• Partner closely with our parts and service managers on collections
• Keep detailed, up-to-date records across systems and trackers
• Field inbound AR-related calls and resolve billing questions with a calm, helpful approach
• Research and respond to inquiries from customers, fellow Lupient dealerships, and internal teams
• Jump in on other projects as needed — we're a team that helps each other out
