Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Round Rock, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 100% On-Site | Flexible Hours

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, expense reimbursements, vendor maintenance, payment processing, and AP reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and code AP invoices

• Review and process employee expenses through Concur

• Manage weekly ACH, check, and credit card payments

• Maintain vendor records and W-9s

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Assist with month-end close and AP reporting

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• High-volume invoice processing experience

• Concur experience preferred

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills
