Accounts Payable Specialist

A well-established Fargo development and property management company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our accounting department. This position is responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management, and financial reporting support.
Responsibilities
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reporting
• Perform cash management and bank reconciliation functions
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Support accounting operations for multiple companies/entities
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
Qualifications
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Experience in a multi-company environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Preferred Experience
• Sage Intacct
• Sage 300
• Fortress software
• Property management or real estate accounting experience is a plus
