Accounts Payable Manager
Artheon is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations and serve as the primary point of contact for A/P activities in our East Brunswick office. Reporting to the Controller, this individual will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely and efficient processing of vendor transactions. This role is well suited for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume accounts payable environment, can manage competing priorities, and takes ownership of the full A/P process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams, project managers, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong financial controls.
