We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk III for our growing team.

This position is located in Sedro Woolley, Washington State.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of accounting and administrative tasks related to the processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reporting. This role ensures accurate and timely entry of financial data, supports cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing and Receiving departments, and assists in maintaining compliance with internal controls. The AP Clerk also contributes to the overall efficiency of the accounts payable process by supporting documentation workflow, responding to inquiries, and participating in cross-training and departmental support activities.

DETAILED WAGE INFORMATION

Wage range for this role is between $25 - $35 per hour, plus a discretionary bonus, 401(k) matching, vacation, and health benefits. Employees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay. The range provided is Janicki’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities
