Love solving puzzles, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our Accounts Payable team and deliver legendary support to 700+ restaurants, our Support Center teams, and valued suppliers. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are supported, and operations never miss a beat—all in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days look the same.
*This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky
What’s On Your Plate
Process high-volume invoices and payments across multiple systems—accurately and on time
Investigate and resolve vendor payment discrepancies and invoice issues
Communicate with restaurants, internal teams, and suppliers to keep everything on track
Review vendor statements and proactively address outstanding balances
Support month-end activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Assist with duplicate payment research, reversals, and reissues
Help optimize processes—partnering with leadership to improve efficiency and workflows
Support supplier relationships, including payment terms and digital invoicing adoption
Jump into special projects and cross-train across AP functions to grow your skillset
Your Recipe for Success
1+ year of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience required
Strong communication skills—you’re confident working with all levels internally and externally
Critical thinking and troubleshooting mindset—you enjoy digging into issues and finding solutions
Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is a plus
