ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Ireland Limited is a subsidiary of the Swedish multinational ASSA ABLOY Group. Located in Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, we employ approximately 55 people across Sales, Installation, Service and Finance functions, supporting customers throughout Ireland.

As Ireland's leading Industrial Door and Dock Equipment company, we are continuing to grow and are now seeking a Payroll Administrator / Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the success of a growing business.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of weekly payroll and accounts payable activities, whilst supporting key finance processes across the business.

This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
