Position SummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to work independently maintaining and monitoring a variety of complex international and domestic contracts and grants accounts. Duties include all post-award issues, reconciliation of expenditures, interpreting allowable expenses, monitoring and approving account transactions, and reporting. Additional requirements include: ability to monitor account balances, provide routine monthly status reports, and when necessary, provide immediate reports to upper management if problems are identified; determine compliance with pertinent guidelines, rules, regulations, and laws; establish and maintain effective working relationships with representatives of related on-campus utilities, departmental staff, and the general public.Work ScheduleMonday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
