About the Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Accounting Manager will provide financial leadership and operational support across multiple business units within the Carlson Construction Group. This role partners closely with senior leadership, project teams, payroll, and operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and informed business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from the construction, heavy civil engineering, marine construction, infrastructure, or related industries, along with practical knowledge of union payroll administration and collective agreements.
