Requirements

• Multi-Entity Accounting Expertise: Solid experience managing general ledger, consolidations, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities to deliver clean, audit-ready financials in a complex corporate structure.
• Hands-On Leadership in Close & Controls: Proven ability to lead the month-end close process end-to-end, enhance financial controls, and maintain strict GAAP compliance to ensure trusted numbers for leadership and auditors.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication: Adept at collaborating with operational and finance leaders, mentoring junior staff, and managing stakeholders to boost financial visibility and process maturity in an acquisitive, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Financial Reporting: Lead multi-entity general ledger management, drive month-end close rigor, and deliver precise financial statements plus management reporting.
• Consolidations & Account Reconciliations: Own multi-entity consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet scrutiny to ensure audit-ready, clean financials.
• Fixed Asset Accounting: Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations to keep asset records spot on.
• Audit & Controls Support: Prepare audit packs, liaise with auditors, and spearhead internal control enhancements and GAAP adherence.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Process Improvement: Partner with ops and finance teams to boost financial transparency, back budgeting/forecasting efforts, and lead key special projects.
