Accounting Intern (Tentative To Start Early-Mid November 2026)

YOUR TASKS As an Accounting Intern, you will support various accounting and finance functions while gaining practical experience in a professional business environment. This internship provides exposure to financial processes, systems, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives that support daily operations. This position is currently tentatively scheduled to start early-mid November 2026. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Process invoices using SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). Assist with GR/IR account reconciliation activities. Review and reconcile vendor statements. Support fixed asset inventory cycle counts and record maintenance. Perform asset tagging and scanning activities within PASAM. Prepare and post journal entries as assigned. Submit and monitor SIVIS service tickets. Follow up on Electronic Service Requests (ESRs) and related accounting items. Assist with additional accounting, reporting, and administrative projects as assigned. Be self-managed and detail-oriented. Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and procedures. Other duties as assigned. NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program. Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8. Sophomore standing or higher  Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) Must be able to work onsite Must be able to complete the duration of the internship assignment.
