ID Technology is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support accurate and timely accounts receivable processes. In this role, you will review invoicing, coordinate with internal team members, prepare customer deposit invoices, and maintain organized records that support the Accounting team.

Are you energized by this work?

• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with appropriate team members when margins fall outside established minimum and maximum parameters.
• Prepare customer deposit invoices accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized accounting files and records.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support the Accounts Receivable team.

Do you have what it takes?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in a financial or accounting environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
