Accounting Associate

Jennie Joiner with Forum Group PNW is partnering with a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company in Eugene, Oregon to hire a Part-Time Accounting Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable
• Assist with fixed asset accounting
• Support cost accounting activities (training provided)
• Perform inventory and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with inventory transactions and data entry
• Provide accounting and administrative support
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree in Accounting or four years of equivalent accounting experience
• Four or more years of accounting experience preferred
• Previous Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new accounting software
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• A collaborative team player who also enjoys working independently
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
