Accounting Associate

Circle K Store is seeking a Temporary Accounting Associate, Part Time (approximate 20 hours per week) for 4-6 months.

JOB SUMMARY

Create new vendor set-ups and updates to existing vendors.  Attention to detail is critical.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receive vendor update requests and timely enter new vendor profile in ERP.
• Communicate directly with vendors to verify documentation is correct.
• Verify updates to vendors are approved, well-documented, and appropriate.
• Communicate vendor setup or update needs using Service Now platform.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of general office experience. 
• Must be highly organized with strong follow-through and follow-up skills.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel and Word; experience with working with PDI a plus.
• Experience with PDI and Service Now a plus
