Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions, in cooperation with Gwinnett County, is seeking to hire Accounting Assistants in Lawrenceville!

Qualifications for Accounting Assistants:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Accounting skills and experience is required.

• Must be good with math and numbers.

• Proficient in Excel and Word.

• High level of professionalism.

• Excellent telephone skills.

• General computer skills and the ability to operate office equipment.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to learn quickly, comprehend, and retain complex information.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Accounting Assistants:

• Work on accounting tasks as well as clerical and administrative duties.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday – 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
