Accountant

Who will you be working with? We currently have a finance team of 5 people, mainly reporting financial data to Germany, and also having relevant reporting lines with China and France. We are a proactive team that provides financial data support to the company and the group. How will you make a difference? As a member of finance department, you will be responsible for the daily tax declaration  of the company, including VAT, corporate income tax, stamp duty and other tax types, complete monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration work accurately and on time. Especially the export tax rebate work. What do we want to know about you? 1.Bachelor’s degree or above with major in taxation, accounting or finance.   2.Professional qualification certificates, such as tax accountant or intermediate accountant   3.Strong initiative, logic thinking, strong implementer   4.Good in both written and spoken English.   5.Familiarity and proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.   6. More than 5 years of independent export tax rebate declaration experience in foreign manufacturing enterprises,    familiar with the whole operation process of general taxpayer export tax rebate, with successful full-cycle tax rebate    processing experience.   7.Proficient in operating export tax rebate declaration system, electronic tax bureau platform and related office   software; skilled in checking export customs declaration data and  VAT invoices for export.   8.In-depth understanding of China’s export tax rebate policies, tax declaration rules and industry operation   specifications, able to independently handle tax rebate exceptions and tax bureau review problems.   9.Familiar with enterprise daily tax accounting and declaration business, able to standardize tax management and   control tax risks.   10.Good communication skills, able to efficiently cooperate with tax bureau departments and internal teams,   with strong teamwork awareness. .   11. Possess the ability for independent financial data analysis and operational report preparation, capable of autonomously completing data variance analysis and delivering analytical conclusions;   12. Priority given to those with experience in cost accounting and project cost management   What will your typical day look like? 1.Responsible for daily tax declaration  of the company, including VAT, corporate income tax, stamp duty and other   tax types, complete monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration work accurately and on time.   2.Independently undertake the full-process operation of company export tax rebate business, including sorting out    export documents, verifying customs declaration data, invoice matching, online declaration, data submission, tax   rebate follow-up and final settlement. Ensure 100% accurate and timely declaration of export tax rebate, and zero    overdue declaration. establish standardized document filing system, and cooperate with tax bureau    inspection and audit work.    3. Check payment application.    4.Collaborate with sales, logistics and finance teams, verify export business data, solve abnormal problems in tax rebate declaration (data discrepancy, document mismatch, tax bureau review feedback, etc.), and ensure the smooth progress of export business tax rebate.   5. Standard Cost Variance Analysis   6. Match the three types of payable invoices and complete the information verification of purchase orders,warehouse receipts, and supplier invoices   7.Complete other daily work and temporary tasks assigned by the finance manager.
