• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with Month-end close activities.
• Experience with Journal entries.
• Experience with Account reconciliations.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
• Experience with Financial reporting.
• Experience with Internal controls.
• Experience with Accounting systems and reporting tools.
• Experience with IBM MXDC or an equivalent outsourced delivery centerResponsibilities:
• Collaborate effectively with internal business partners and IBM MXDC resources to support timely and accurate accounting operations
• Independently manage assigned accounting processes, including month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Apply GAAP, company policies, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Utilize accounting systems and reporting tools to analyze data, identify trends, and resolve issues
• Research accounting matters and recommend practical solutions to support business objectives
• Prepare timely and accurate management reporting and support internal and external reporting requirements
• Execute SOX controls and maintain the integrity of financial information through adherence to established processesWhy apply?
