A320 Family Programme Procurement New Development Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Programme Supply Manager (f/m) to join our A320 Family Programme Procurement department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing A320 Family development projects. As part of the New Development Procurement team, you will be involved in coordinating procurement activities and policy deployment aiming at securing end-to-end Procurement performance (on time, on cost, on quality).

Your challenges:

• Represent the Procurement organization in front of Programmes and capture Programme needs toward Procurement.

• Act as the Procurement focal point for key development projects, ensuring alignment between Programme requests and Procurement constraints.

• Interact continuously with cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Industrial, Work Package Leaders) to monitor evolving technical modifications and schedule.

• Consolidate and monitor supplier roadmaps alongside operational procurement and quality stakeholders.

• Present procurement and supplier progress status at project progress meetings and maturity gate reviews.

Your boarding pass:

• Academic background in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven professional background within a Procurement organization.

• Strong Project Management skills.

• Technical interest/affinity for aircraft systems.

• Negotiation level in English (mandatory); French language skills are a plus
