360 Financial Analyst - New Grad

Job Description

The Financial Analyst analyzes financial results for key products, markets and initiatives. This position uses analysis to support creation of a compelling story lines to help deepen client insights. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective presentations for small groups 

• Provide accurate, timely reports with financial insight to allow business partners to improve performance 

• Use analysis to influence and drive action within finance and our business partners by using fact-based, holistic and forward-looking perspectives to identify emerging issues and assist in implementation of strategies 

• Prepare and help build storyline for financial updates 

• Isolate key drivers, quantify impacts, and forecast implications to the business 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business or related area of study  

•  Leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, community involvement, or in the workplace  

• Analytical skills to compile information, recognize patterns and draw insights and conclusions/ Oral and written communication skills in order to work effectively across the organization  

• General understanding of financial and accounting concepts  

• Remote – Candidates may be located anywhere in the U.S., with preference given to those near our hub cities (Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX) 

• Start date: Jan 2027 or July 2027 

• New Grad Role: Open to Dec 2026 or May-June 2027 Graduation Dates 

Compensation offered for this role is $70,000.00 and is based on experience and qualifications.
