Job Overview: The Treasury Manager will play a key role in supporting Corporate Capital Markets and Treasury Operations. This position manages cash and investment portfolios, optimizes float and interest income, and supports global payments through effective foreign exchange (FX) and treasury strategies. The ideal candidate has fintech industry experience and deep expertise in capital markets, treasury operations, and financial modeling. Key Responsibilities: Capital Markets & Investment Management:

Manage and execute the corporate investment portfolio and FBO (For Benefit Of) customer funds portfolio in line with investment policy, liquidity, and risk parameters.
Oversee foreign exchange trading for commercial purposes, including strategies, counterparties, and execution to support global payment products.
Monitor global capital markets, interest rate trends, and credit exposures to guide investment decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and debt covenants for all investment activities.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Build and maintain accurate models for forecasting float balances, interest income, and related expenses.
Analyze and report on portfolio performance, yield optimization, and the impact of market rate changes.
Provide strategic input on net interest income (NII) during annual and quarterly financial planning.

Cross-Functional Strategy & Product Support:

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide treasury and FX expertise for new payment product design and launch.
Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into implementable product and operational workflows.
Introduce automation, analytics, and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency across treasury operations, including cash management and FX execution.

Treasury Operations & Risk Management:

Manage relationships with investment banks and monitor counterparty exposure.
Oversee daily management of corporate and FBO cash balances to ensure liquidity and security.
Enhance treasury policies and procedures to strengthen controls and reduce operational risk.
Support treasury enablement, banking operations, and ad-hoc reporting as required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
MBA, CFA, or CTP certification preferred.
7–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Finance, or Capital Markets, ideally within FinTech or technology sectors.
Proven success in managing large, complex investment portfolios (corporate and FBO/customer funds).
Strong background in interest income forecasting, float analysis, and optimization strategies.
Hands-on experience with FX trading and risk management in commercial or customer payment products.
Solid understanding of investment compliance, regulatory frameworks, and corporate covenant adherence.
Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and automation or AI-based treasury solutions preferred.
