WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Support Treasury activities, including the maintenance of bank accounts, monitoring of bank fees and maintenance of banking records.
- Assist with daily cash management activities and cash flow reporting.
- Support line of credit administration, including monthly collateral reporting, covenant compliance, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with annual renewals for line of credit agreements and annual credit rating
- Record monthly interest expense and loan fee journal entries for all active debt facilities.
- Support bond issuances and related financing transactions.
- Coordinate debt and finance related item requests from lenders, auditors, and consultants.
- Assist with federal income tax and tangible personal property tax returns.
- Assist with corporate entity maintenance, including state filings and registrations.
- Support special projects involving acquisitions, financing transactions, and land development activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 5+ years experience in accounting, finance, treasury, public accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements , reconciliations, and accounting principles..
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
