About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team in the financial sector. In this role, you will contribute to managing the lifecycle of global bank accounts, coordinating compliance requirements, and supporting treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of global bank accounts, including account openings, closures, modifications, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and support Know Your Customer (KYC) and bank compliance requirements, ensuring timely submission of documentation to banking partners.
• Administer bank account signatory changes, including maintaining authorized signer records and coordinating updates with financial institutions.
• Serve as a key point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders regarding bank account administration activities.
• Maintain accurate bank account documentation, records, and governance controls.
• Track and monitor pending bank account requests to ensure timely completion and compliance with internal policies.
• Support treasury operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and business teams to gather required documentation and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations related to account management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations, or related financial experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing bank accounts, including bank account openings and closures, KYC and onboarding requirements, signatory maintenance and authorized signer changes, banking documentation, and account administration.
• Experience working directly with banking partners and navigating banking compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multinational bank account structures.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems and online banking platforms.
• Understanding treasury operations, cash management, and banking controls.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate treasury environment.
