Treasury Analyst Location: Easton, PA (onsite) Department: FinanceReports To: Finance ManagerFLSA Status: Exempt Join Our Team We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily treasury operations, cash management activities, banking administration, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy working with financial data to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. As a Treasury Analyst, you will work closely with Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance leadership to support critical cash flow and banking processes that help drive the success of our business.

What You'll Do

Cash Management & Treasury Operations

Monitor and maintain daily cash reporting and banking activity. Review and organize daily bank transactions, balances, and prior-day activity. Track cash receipts and disbursements while maintaining supporting documentation. Identify unusual transactions or discrepancies and escalate when appropriate. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily cash positions.

Asset-Based Lending (ABL) Reporting

Prepare and maintain daily ABL reporting and rollforwards. Compile lender reporting documentation and supporting schedules. Assist in the preparation and submission of required borrowing base reports. Maintain organized records and supporting files for lender compliance.

Payment Processing Support

Support ACH and wire payment reporting activities. Gather invoices, approvals, coding information, and supporting documentation. Assist with payment package preparation and approval workflows. Maintain accurate records of electronic payment activity.

Banking & Cash Application Support

Review daily deposit activity and provide information to the Cash Applications team. Research unidentified or unapplied deposits. Assist with resolving deposit discrepancies. Support banking administration, documentation, and reporting activities.

Positive Pay & Fraud Prevention

Review Positive Pay reports and exception items. Compare payment activity to supporting records. Prepare exception documentation for approval and processing. Maintain records that support treasury controls and fraud prevention measures.

Reconciliations & Financial Reporting

Gather information required for account reconciliations. Assist with matching banking activity to accounting records. Help identify and investigate unreconciled items. Prepare recurring treasury reports and ensure reporting deadlines are met. Support Finance leadership with ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Insurance & Administrative Support

Maintain insurance renewal schedules and related documentation. Assist with prepaid insurance tracking and journal entry preparation. Organize treasury, banking, and financial records to support audits and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Banking, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related finance function. Experience with online banking platforms is preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally.
